Space naming utility available for Revit MEP 2011 on Subscription Center

What's the difference between this and editing a space tag family to read the room name from Arch?

When transfering or exporting gbxml to a load calc program like Trane Trace 700, Revit mep transfers the space name like "space 1, space 2 etc. Editing a tag won't transfer to the load calc program.
