The 2011 fix above seems to fix the error in 2009 also.

Mistakes and setbacks, we wiser, our feeling is better. Any party, any individual, Error is unavoidable, We require make less. Mistakes are requested more rapidly and correct, The more thoroughly, The better.

Well I believe to have found atleast one of the culprits to this error. The ASHRAE software for their Duct Fitting Database also contains the ASHRAEDuctDLL.dll file for the program so they appear to be in conflict after installation of the ASHRAE software. Is Autodesk aware of this conflict?
