All,
I am pleased to announce the release of Autodesk Revit MEP 2012, which is available on the Subscription Center and will be available soon on Autodesk.com at http://www.autodesk.com/revitmep-download.
Just like last year, this release includes lots of new functionality specific to MEP and also lots of great platform enhancements that I’m sure you will appreciate.
At this time only the English version is available. The localized versions will be released over the next several months.
Major new functionality includes new customizable system types, the ability to add duct and pipes to systems without connections to equipment, improved system browser functionality, graphical warnings, disconnect graphics, parallel conduit and parallel pipe tools, new placeholder ducts and pipes, tagging of 3D views and more.
For a list of new features, please go here.
Regards and enjoy,

Where do I find an actual LIST of new features? The videos are very pretty, but what I really want is a comprehensive bullet point list that I can scan my eye down and highlight enhancements that I will use on a day to day basis.
The videos also don't print very well which is not helpful when putting a case to management.
