I am one of the lucky ones in the working world who love their job. As the Industry Product Manager, I felt to define the strategic direction of our MEP Solutions. I interact on a regular basis with our customers, through briefings, seminars and online forums, which help me to better understand the requirements and workflows that need to be supported in our applications. With that information I work with our Product Team to implement this feedback through new capability development, modification of existing capabilities, training content development, and Help documentation. This whole process rolls into an incredibly rewarding day-to-day work environment.
